As the Senior Property Manager responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Monterey Properties, Senada Avdic knows the ins and outs of every residence. With over ten years of experience in real estate and three years with Monterey, Senada has proven to be dedicated, caring and professional. Senada holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Long Island University/CW Post and is a certified Tax Credit Specialist. Her favorite place in New York City is the stunning Wave Hill Public Garden in Riverdale.

Henri Imarazene is the Director of Leasing for the Monterey Properties. He has been with the company for two years and is responsible for all manners in leasing, including signing on new residents, renewals, marketing for the properties, and overseeing the daily operations of the Leasing office. Henri has been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years, and holds a Master’s of Business Administration in Banking from the Master Institute du Financement et du Développement de Tunis. Henri’s favorite place in New York City is the Museum Mile, especially during the Museum Mile Festival.

James Fields is a Leasing Coordinator at the Monterey Properties, and the newest member of the Leasing team.  He has been working in the building for 22 years, first briefly starting as a porter, then moving up through the ranks as doorman, concierge, assistant superintendent, and then resident manager.  He has been with the Monterey team for three years.  James loves New York City so much that, when challenged to pick a favorite place, he can’t narrow it to one!

Claudia Meneses is a Leasing Coordinator at the Monterey Properties.  She can answer all questions leasing and is responsible for day-to-day activities in the leasing office, responding to inquiries and prospects, liaising between the leasing office and the management office, and following up with applications and renewals.  She has been with the company for two years. Claudia holds a degree in Travel and Tourism from the Taylor Business Institute, and has over ten years of experience in luxury property management.  Her favorite place in New York City is Central Park, particularly after a fresh dusting of snow.
