As the Senior Property Manager responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Monterey Properties, Senada Avdic knows the ins and outs of every residence. With over ten years of experience in real estate and three years with Monterey, Senada has proven to be dedicated, caring and professional. Senada holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Long Island University/CW Post and is a certified Tax Credit Specialist. Joleen Silva is the Resident Services Specialist for Monterey Properties. For over two years, Joleen has addressed any issues – from accounting to building concerns – affecting our residents. Should a problem arise that Joleen cannot resolve, she is the liaison that can put you in communication with the appropriate team member who can assist. Equipped with a wide range of knowledge, Property Manager Michael Safrin oversees day-to-day operations, apartment renovations, and the tactful resolution of all types of resident complaints. Michael holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Queens College. He is also a certified Tax Credit Specialist. Henri Imarazene is the Director of Leasing for the Monterey Properties. He has been with the company for two years and is responsible for all manners in leasing, including signing on new residents, renewals, marketing for the properties, and overseeing the daily operations of the Leasing office. Henri has been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years, and holds a Master’s of Business Administration in Banking from the Master Institute du Financement et du Développement de Tunis. James Fields is a Leasing Coordinator at the Monterey Properties, and the newest member of the Leasing team. He has been working in the building for 22 years, first briefly starting as a porter, then moving up through the ranks as doorman, concierge, assistant superintendent, and then resident manager. Claudia Meneses is a Leasing Coordinator at the Monterey Properties. She can answer all questions leasing and is responsible for day-to-day activities in the leasing office, responding to inquiries and prospects, liaising between the leasing office and the management office, and following up with applications and renewals. She has been with the company for two years. Claudia holds a degree in Travel and Tourism from the Taylor Business Institute, and has over ten years of experience in luxury property management.
