30 Park Avenue truly defines what a full service building is.  Aside from living in the building, I have rented two fantastic apartments to dear friends of mine because they loved the building so much and how I raved about the building and services.  From the valet and dry cleaning in the lobby to the very attentive doormen and handymen, there truly are zero complaints.

The Monterey is an amazing place to live. Great roof garden, pool and gym in the building, close to subways, Central Park, Whole Foods, the whole Upper East Side, playground and basketball courts right across the street. Excellent staff takes care of things on time. Never had a problem here.

I’ve lived here for 5 years & am a big fan of the building, amenities & everyone that works here. The staff goes above & beyond to make it a great place to live. The building is very clean, well maintained & upscale, & the roof is a fun social scene where residents get to interact with the neighbors & host private parties.

My wife and I have really felt like a part of the community from the first week that we moved in. The building is impeccably clean, from the ground floor to the roof terrace.The employees of the front desk instill a great sense of security, and the maintenance staff have always been great at resolving our rare issues. I would gladly recommend this building.
